I contacted Bell & Bell LLP after finding the firm on a federal court docket. I was then informed that the firm does not handle federal matters. I found that response confusing and inconsistent. When seeking legal representation, clear and accurate communication matters. I ultimately decided to look elsewhere.

While they couldn’t take my case, I truly appreciated Attorney Chris Macey’s transparency in letting me know the reasons why. this law firm is a complete joke. The lady on the phone is so insensitive to people‘s feelings she still calls me, sir when I made it clear to her with the initial call that I’m a female and that I was discriminated based on my sex picture that with an irony of the situation, I would avoid this law firm at all costs. They are so incompetent. I put submitted an online form, initially the seem responsive contacting in a prompt manner. I provided information for a potential case and was told the attorneys were in a meeting and that I would be contacted when they were available. I received a call a few days later requesting additional information. Its been over a week, I still havent heard from them.
