5 Star : My Experience The repairs look great. You need to improve on the customer communication and being more responsive to claims adjusters. There were 2 issues/concerns with getting info requested by them. Getting the photos of the damage to them and their request for another estimate about the bumper calibration. It would be good to let a customer know more than 2 or so hours brfore the vehicle is ready for pick up, especially on a Friday afternoon.
