My husband mentioned that the technician went above and beyond to clean the outside unit. Great service as always!
Bell service tech came in, explained what he was going to do, did what is required for a HVAC service, no shortcuts, Simple. Then provided me with recommendations. The customer service down to Ms Ann to the tech is an example for other HVAC companies to follow. Also paid for a Gold service agreement which is worth while and not much more than paying for servicing on an individual basis. Outstanding Bell AC INC!
The fine folks at Bell A/C have been solving my HVAC mysteries for a couple decades now. They are absolute lifesavers and very trustworthy. I look forward to the next couple of decades with them!
