Edit: Pretty bold of a company to lie in their response as I’m not confused and disgusted with this business. Honestly disappointed that they’d do that. Highly recommend any other company for HVAC labor jobs. I’d rather be back in the army literally dealing with anything else then have anyone I know THINK about applying here. Replaced a condenser fan motor under warranty for my rental property. A fare labor charge vs another company that was double the cost for the same job. Thanks, I appreciate honest companies.
During that big winter storm that shut down fort hood and left Texas iced over the owner made all the actual hvac employees go in and NO ONE ELSE, no office employees, no owner showing up, no one. Mind you that the truck had swerved in the ice multiple times just on the way there and many organizations recommended that the roads were dangerous to drive on. Most places regardless of labor closed during that period. Including underpayment that when asked would be “fixed” in upcoming payments that never would never come. Honest... read more
