Belkasa was the general contractor for a major renovation project at my house in Biscayne Park, which included a 1000+ sq ft two-story addition, an additional garage, and a completely new and restructured roof for the entire house. I had the pleasure of working with Karim over the last 5 years with 3 remodels (home, condo and warehouse). Karim attention to detail is excellent and always full of ideas when you run into an "issue" as you always do during major construction. its a classic case of you get what you pay for, many people have commented specially on my condo wow! when I recently had it appraised the appraiser said no one does finishes and work like this these days!
