I previously wrote a bad review of Belk Ford, but after several years I decided to give them another chance. I took advantage of Ford's free pick up and drop off to have my vehicle serviced while I was at work. Belk came and picked up my vehicle at the scheduled time and had it back that afternoon, communicating clearly with me through the process. I also thought the price was very fair for an oil change and tire rotation. Overall, I had a great experience with them and look forwarding to using them again in the future.
