I went to the salon requesting a balayage. I wanted to reduce the harsh line of my roots and then go to pastel pink. The website said balayages are $130 - $180. My husband called, and they said they had pastel pink, and could do what I was asking for. My booking was for $180. My hair was pre-lightened and I usually did a pastel pink shampoo over it. Positives- The booking system is very easy to use. The salon/spa itself appeared very clean. Kim was extremely friendly. Negatives- Appointment time was far below the time advertised and what I paid for. This was extremely disappointing and it puts the customer in a stressful position to speak up and say anything. The appointment time upon booking listed it as "1 hr 15 min facial @ 4:30-5:45". Kim was working with another client until 4:40. My consult & facial did not start until after 4:45.
