I came into my appointment fully expecting Dr. Caldwell to be unpleasant just based upon the previous reviews, but she was everything I had been looking for. She was kind, informative, patient, and eager to be sure I knew what the "next steps" were. I am the type that is comforted by a solid plan and answers to when, what, why, where, and how.
