This is old properties requesting too much money
The short time that I've lived there, that have always been very helpful and very friend, and if I had a problem with anything; they've always fixed with without hesitation. This is one of the best places that I've rented since I've lived in Jackson.
Belhaven Resudential has such nice, friendly, & helpful staff. There has never been a time where I had an issue & it was not resolved. I renewed my lease due to the neighborhood being quiet & conveniently located near gas stations, & different eateries. If you're just getting on your feet & looking for somewhere safe & affordable, I would definitely recommend the properties of Belhaven Residential.
There have been issues with my rental but Belhaven Residential have always been helpful, respectful and quick to fix any problems that my family may have. I continue to stay because of the location and the affordable of the rent.
I'm going on my second year here at Belhaven Residential and love the space of my living area. The management staff has been wonderful when it comes to taking care of my needs and the area is Quite just what I wanted. Would recommend to others.

I've been in the belhaven area since 2013.I have thoroughly enjoyed this quiet, peaceful community.It's in downtown Jackson and there are quite a few stores that are walking distance.The belhaven residential staff are also very professional.The maintenance crew work hard as well
Belhaven Gardens are the best, quiet, secure neighborhood and has the best manager in world (James Burwell). If you want a nice place to stay with access to everything than make your stay with Belhaven Gardens and you want regret it!!
