Don't bother! Very poorly managed. Cosmetic repairs are done to make the apts look great. However, the infrastructure (heating, cooling plumbing are so inadequate and outdated. Screens missing, HVAC doesn't work or is so old you wonder what you are breathing. Plumbing constantly backs up. Entry doors to unit don't lock/can't even close due to the frames being so out of alignment. Our parking lot flooded every time it rained. Management at this complex turned over 3 times in less than a year. Management does not address... read more

***BEWARE***$301***rent increase if we want our lease moved back to original month; cheapest option $261 if we keep 63 days early schedule that they wanted! After Beacon Mgt bought Rochester Villas, they have hit us with MASSIVE rate increases each year...last year we were presented with a Lease Renewal UNDER-10 months (without an additional $1,000 cost). I made a remark to Property Manager that this was only so they could raise our rent again but sooner...she promised that would NOT happen, yet 9 months later $261 per month... read more

To be honest I am a little concerned that the Beacon property manager Mr. Enrique Rojas will retaliate and not finish the work that needs to be done. He already verbally threatened me with that over the phone yesterday. He said: Do not call anyone or email anyone on Beacon or the board. I will tell the tech to leave and not finish the job. This claim was started in July, finally, they came to my condo to do the repairs, in the process, Dana that is the name of the tech refused help carrying the sheetrock into the condo b... read more

If I could give no stars I would, this Apt. complex was bought out by Beacon Mgt., Hartman & Tyner were the previous owners and they at minimum answered the phones. They increased my rent 292.00 before the 1st year I was here and did not notify me until the month that I was to renew so it left me less than 30 days to actually find a new place and their month to month was over 2k and I could not afford it so I was forced to Renew under undue hardship. the tackiest most unprofessional company ever, dont EVER THINK ABOUT MOVING ANYWHERE THEY ARE !!! THEY ARE AWAFUL. AND PS DONT BE EVEN A LITTLE LATE THEY WILL POST YOUR BUSINESS ON YOUR APARTEMNT DOOR, NASTY PLACE. SERIOUSLY

My Google review is now somehow hidden, so I'll post one here. I'll summarize my original review with just the good and bad. The Good: - Central air - Cheaper rent than most apartments in Troy ($1200 for 2-bedroom) - Proximity to I-75 - Safety - Prompt maintenance - Courteous and accommodating staff - Small gym in leasing office with 24/7 access (also, there's a LA Fitness within walking distance) The Bad: - Old buildings with ZERO soundproofing (management told us this) so you will hear everything from even your downstai... read more

Stay Away!!!!!! They gave me wrong information and took my money ! It took a week in half to get response to take a tour.. Finally Britney gave us a tour and was told the apartment would be same as the one we would get less one room. Also, told that apartment would be available on the date we needed. That too was not true but they told me to start application, which we did. I paid $62.95 to start our application. I kept calling and emailing main office---no answer for days. I live in greentree apartments in riverview I have been here 7yrs and it has gone down hill fast and for the price they ask for these apartments is ridiculous they are not wroth it my apartment was flood twice no up grades down at all the washers are always broken apartment is falling apart and no one does anything to fix it not mention my car has been hit more then once in the parking lot this company only cares about money and how fast they can put people in the apartments which they do a half ass job fixing I would not su... read more
