We are not happy with how this was handled. As part of the home inspection during the sale, we were required to remediate organic growth under the sink and around the plenums, and to pass the air test. For the A/C treatment (fogging and system cleaning), your pricing was nearly three times higher than my regular HVAC provider, McCullough.
