I had a really good experience with Belfor Property Restoration. Michael Plateo was my repair coordinator and he honestly made the whole process so much easier than I expected. He was always quick to answer my questions and very flexible when things on my end changed. I appreciate how Michael kept me updated and worked around my schedule, which not every company is willing to do. I can’t say enough about Michael Plateo from Belfor. What started out as a simple insurance job quickly turned stressful when Aviva first sent another contractor (Paul Davis). Mike and his crew were excellent. Great trades were brought in and the work to restore my basement after a flood was completed in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. Belfor has been nothing but helpful with getting my basement back.
This company felt comfortable taking $250 from me to do a quote and then ghost me afterwards. Avoid at all costs.
