Had a flooded basement, insurance company assigned Belfor Property Restoration, Dartmouth, NS . Guy Tiomkin, project manager called us and by 10am the next day he came to our home. He did a quick assessment and two hours later we had fans and dehumidifiers installed by Belfor. Three days later the basement was completely dry. Guy returned did an assessment of contents damaged. Darren Neary is a professional, knowledgable and very personable individual. From the beginning to the end of our claim, Darren kept us up to date and ensured that every detail of the project was completed properly. It was a pleasant and stress free journey through the entire project.
I had water damage to the floor and adjacent cabinets in my kitchen due to a leaky fridge. The extent of the damage beneath the cabinets was unknown. Belfor agent Darren Neary assessed the situation and worked out a plan to remove and repair the damage to the cabinets and to replace the water damaged hardwood floor beneath them.
