Very responsive and professional. I have bever had a contractor that was as committed to cleanliness and they left the jobsite in a pristine condition.
AVOID! I had a flood and made the unfortunate mistake of panic calling companies before taking five minutes to do a bit of research or read reviews. Sadly for me Belfor answered first. Working with them was an absolute nightmare. They submitted fraudulent charges to my insurance company (charged for work never done) and gave me horrible advice about mediation needs. The Belfor team did a nice job in helping us deal with a minor water damage situation which required some thoughtful investigation to determine the leak, which wasn't obvious. Once determined, Belfor organized all necessary trades and proceeded with the repair. The team was very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. We would call the Belfor team again for any insurance-related or non-insurance related home repairs that need skill and proper attention to detail.
