I'm going to update my review. The mitigation process was amazing. But trying to work with the project manager was an absolute disaster. After I paid my deductible, multiple calls and texts and 3 months later of zero work completed, I had to ask for my money back. I have wasted so much time when the work should have already been done! They also tried to make me pay 3k out of pocket, telling insurance that I was requesting multiple upgrades when that was not true. Don't waste your time! BELFOR came out right away and started the dry out process. Blake, Nick and Fletcher were great at explaining everything that was happening.

We worked with Kyle, and several others, and they were all very knowledgeable and took the time to walk us thru the process (we had a guest water pipe and a lot of damage throughout the entire house), answer lots of questions, and communicate on pretty much a daily basis. Would definitely work with them again.
