On Saturday 10/11/25, one of your service technicians was driving your work vehicle erratically, speeding 80mph+, tailgating and nearly caused an accident that could have killed me and my family. They were driving North on SW 10th Avenue, turned left on Main st in Battle Ground WA around 2pm. Totally insane company to deal with. Felt like we were project managing them. Seem to avoid doing work, making claims about order of operations with kitchen rebuild that are against everything we read online. Have to chase down to get next steps arranged, from electrical, to painting, to carpentry. Take the money from your insurance company, manage your own restoration, and avoid going with this company!

We experienced a water sprinkler related flood that affected 10 floors of our building. I called a different restoration company initially which started the cleanup efforts and it quickly became evident that they were exaggerating damages to gain profits. BELFOR was called to take over the job and they offered a much more reasonable restoration plan. Our project manager, Ron, kept us informed and insured a thorough, well executed, final product. I'd highly recommend both Ron and BELFOR for your restoration needs.
