When we had an emergency plumbing issue that caused water damage, we turned to Belfor for service to address the water damage in our home. It was a great decision because they were thorough, accurate, very communicative, and completed the work they were tasked with. Rowell Geronimo led the work in our job, and he was a great resource as we worked through the process. If I could give 0 stars I would. We were quoted on price for a insurance claim and by the time the project was finished it was 3 times the amount. Everytime the workers were at my house they would make comments "what does it matter what the cost is it's a insurance claim" we were charged for things that didn't even get done. Our insurance company paid what they felt was nessary unfortunately belfor wasn't happy so we were turned over to collections....if you decide to work with them make sure you get everything in writing...... read more

Josephat was phenomenal at taking care of remodel. Professional and courteous, as was his crew, never missed a day or left early. Josephat took great care in making sure I was presented with as many aesthetic options as possible. I felt safe with him and his crew in my home, always arrived on time. My pets loved the crew and especially Josephat. It’s been awhile since i have had work done surpassing my expectations. Thank you Josephat!
