Amazing service and professionalism. My rental company hired them to do extensive mold remediation in my home, and they were THOROUGH. Jose-Luis went so far as to clean every wall and floor in the home, moving items as necessary with no inconvenience to me. Putting everything in its place, they left it nicer than when they started!
I was really impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and seemed very knowledgeable.
I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciate Belfor. Rob and Trevor helped me. I am a tenant in a building which uses Belfor services. I needed floor change on the same day as my furniture was arriving from Boston. It was a water damage issue so very urgent. Rob talked to the building and made sure I have a place (an empty apartment) where I can store my furniture while my flooring is installed. The next day rob and Trevor not only moved all my furniture from that apartment to my own they also built my bed!!! And when the... read more
