Best Salon and Excellent Staff – I was referred to the salon by a friend that went to Aveda Institute. I was looking for a stylist that was knowledgable and specialized in healthy hair. After to going to have my hair done at several salons, I can honestly say I have found a great salon and stylist. Trixie specializes in all har textures and is very good at what she does. Love my Haircut and Extensions – Looking for a salon online and this salon came up , I called and decided to give them a try. They offer 25% off for first time clients so I figure what do I have to lose. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and the other staff members where very accomodating. Need's Customer service improvement – The manager there is extremely rude. I actually called to schedule and appointment and Trixie answered the phone, well apparently she was talking to someone and told me to hold on an wait because she wasn't talking to me. That's poor customer service and I'm giving you my money so I should receive some respect. The other stylist are very nice and considerate :)

Great Haircut and Color, Nice People and Clean Salon – Scheduled an appointment on Saturady for a highlight and cut. Just want to say Sherrie did a good job on my color and the haircut was the best I've had in a long time. I have a bob and it's usually hard to find someone that cuts it the way I like. Excellent Customer Service – I went to Beleza after getting a previous haircut that was totally messed up. My wife called scheduled the appointment and gave the girl a long consultation over the phone. When I arrived the receptionist was very nice and attentive while I waited on my stylist. I have to say this was the best mens haircut I have received in a long time. I will defintely be going back and loved the fact that they are open on Sunday's. Best Dominican Blowout and Excellent Customer Service!!!!!! – I usually don't write reviews but decided to after reading the last review. Customer Service sucks before you walk in the door! – First, I walked in to set up a first appointment. When I came in, two people were standing at the door but neither of them had the decency to greet me.
