Terrible customer service – I went to Beleza salon this past weekend for a highlight/low light. I have had my hair highlight this way for sometime. When I explained what I wanted my hairstylist went to discuss what I wanted with his manager. She came over and told me that I had not had my hair done like this. I was shocked ( at this point I should have left) Manager was very confrontational. Another girl came over and smoothed things over. They said it would be no problem. Fabulous Color and Cut – Thank you Stephanie for a nice haircut and color. I have been to Salon Blu in Raleigh and my last haircut was horrible and came to Beleza and Stephanie did a great job. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked. I showed her a picture and she worked her magic. Thanks for my edgy bob haircut. I will highly recommend this salon. Great cut/color – I went this weekend to get my hair cut and colored (with the wonderful groupon) and overall had a really great experience. I had made an appointment for saturday but the stylist who was supposed to be doing my hair was sick so they called me back and were able to still work me in for the same day. This is the first time I've ever had my hair colored and I absolutely love it. Trixie did a fabulous job, I have gotten so many compliments! Diverse and Professional Salon – I had received a service from the salon about a year ago.l needed a haircut a week ago and decided to give them another try. I received a great service the last time I was in the salon. Since this visit I must say I'm impressed with the salon and the team. I love the diversity and the staff are very friendly, they work together, and the atmosphere is so nice. So anyone looking for a haircut men and women or a color, this salon is the place to go.

Love my Stylist Trixie and Sherrie – These ladies gave me the best Graduated Bob and Dimensional Color that I have had in a long time. I went across the streets to Salon168 with a coupon. THEY FRIED MY HAIR AND RUINED MY COLOR. So I decided to try Beleza Couture Studio and they restored my hair back to life. Thank you ladies for saving my hair. Anyone new to the DURHAM AREA and LOOKING for a new salon try these ladies.

Awesome Haircut – Arrived a couple of days for a conference at Duke. I was in need of a haircut and the staff at Duke said to go to Beleza near the mall. So I went to the mall and found Beleza. Trixie gave me the best men hair cut. I t's going to be hard going back to my stylist in Minnesota. You guys are awesome. Very professional, clean, and she educated me on my products. I will defintely be back when I'm in the area.

Talented and Professional Team – Loved my Brazilian Keratin, Highlights, and Cut..... Beleza Staff you guys worked wonders on my hair. I say staff because the whole team worked on my hair and it looks fabulous. I never seen a group of stylist work together and was so professional . Anyone looking for a great place to go in the South Point Area give this salon a try. I have received so many compliments on my hair and the color was great no brassy hair.

Great Experience – I Visited Beleza Couture Studio today because I was in the shopping center and needed a haircut, and had heard some good things about the salon. I walked in and was able to get an appointment with Carlos. Carlos was very nice, professional, and listened to everything I said. What I liked most was that the manager made sure that I was happy and the cut was really nice. The salon was really clean and the staff worked as a team. The greatest salon in Durham – Beleza Couture is the best salon in Durham, I tried three other salons since I moved here. I moved from Miami, so I was used to upscale salons, and Beleza is worth the money. Stephanie and Tasaan has done my hair and they were amazing, I have never been so amazed. They do turn ordinary into extraordinary. They gave me a realy nice edgy bob.
