On May 17, 2023, had an appt at 2:40 pm. Was called back at 3:10 pm. Waited for Dr Belen until 4:10 pm and he never came into the room I got tired of waiting and left. Before I got called by tech, I asked the receptionist to check when I would be called she was rude and said to me, they will call you. The technician talked so fast that he didn't take questions because he was in a hurry.
