I was assaulted by the property manager and Javier from maintenance. My family and I relocated to Columbia on July 18, excited to begin a new chapter. Please be aware! This place is a scam! I called and set up a time to do a tour. I like the apartments I saw because the size of the rooms. The lady called & texted EVERYDAY & EVERY hour until I finished the application & paid the security deposit. But threw out the process. She keep sending me the wrong information. It was finally time to move in. The lady told me I could get the key at 9am. Go to the leasing office & no one was their. This is the worst place to live… Since I’ve moved here there have been 3 management changes. Also they make changes and don’t notify management. The new management company doesn’t even speak English.. There’s a dishwasher in my unit that still hasn’t been connected to the water supply. According to them due to new management dishwashers will no longer be provided or maintenance. But the rent keeps going up not down.Worst management in the world .
Beware, this Apartment Complex is a scam I did My Application online ,I got Approved For the Apartment, and I paid my security Deposit and 1/2 month Deposit, when it was time for me to get my lease and move in ,it was no one at the office, I contacted the office, now their telling Me they can't find my application, but guess what I got all evidence of every transaction I made,I just want my money back,plus I'm sueing,they will here from lawyers. Times are too hard now for you to go around scamming people.
The Maintenance department is better than what it was the young manbErnest has been on point with fixing things and quick at getting it done. We are happy to have him in our community.
