Nice place. It is clean, with minimal parking. Need more parking spaces. Lots of lovely trees and plants. Apartments for seniors. Owned by the SDHC with reasonable rent. However all the second floor units has steep stairs. Not good for certain disabled people. Friendly staff.
Moved in early January. The unit was 2nd floor. They did a good job in getting the unit prepped. New carpet,new paint , new AC. Bathroom didn’t have a vanity cabinet. Kitchen didn’t have microwave. Parking is limited. There are some parked cars that has not been driven for a while. Parking available on curbside few blocks away. Laundry room are bit neglected. Washers not properly maintained. Love it here. The only problem is the parking. Many residents park on the street and there is a one year wait for a parking spot. The manager Ted is very nice
They seem to be in a transition currently.
This Senior Apartment Complex needs to be posted on all platforms and the staff are so disrespectful to you this trash you see and portal potty 🚽 sits right in front of my Place!! Who can help?
