Homeless and drug addicts nearby smoking or using the laundry room as their own private bathroom and bedroom Some of the residents are nice good people but you'll come across some that are two face. Landlord is slow doesn't care about your disability always trying to make it hard for the people he doesn't like just be careful Nothing seems to be right here

This place is a godsend I was going through a legal battle with my former landlord and out of the blue the community manager Jeremy calls me my name came up on there waiting list and before I knew it I got approved for an apartment here all of the neighbors are very friendly I feel very blessed to be part of this community
