I love my new apartment... Recently moved in an seems to be a very well maintained and quite community. Tiffany and her team are awesome. They were very helpful through the application process. Thank you Allura. Maintenance has been quick to respond and professional. I will absolutely recommend this community.
We LOVE living at Belden Reserve! All the staff are friendly and helpful. Any question or concerns we have get addressed promptly. Allura is AMAZING, she is so kind and is fantastic at her job. She always goes above and beyond to help us.
Belden is good place to live if you have to be in an apartment. The front office is responsive and maintenance take care of requests in a timely manner. The apartments are very spacious and grounds are well kept. My only complaint is tenants not complying with not smoking in units and the smell travels through the vents. The concrete on the stairs and breezeway need overhaul because of all the stains.
We have lived here for 1.5 years! The staff is wonderful and very punctual! Quick response with maintenance requests. Property is well kept!
