Nailanie Rivera wasted our time and scammed us! She said we need 3x the rent which would come out as $4182 we sent in $4558 income history to which she went off to say it’s 3.3x the rent not 3x so it would be $4600.2 . I absolutely love living here! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the apartments are extremely nice, and there are a lot of amenities. I absolutely recommend it!
