I’ve been a resident here since 2018. The staff, both former and current, listens to your needs and does everything in their power and more to help you have a welcoming and livable experience. Everyone communicates effectively utilizing emails, letters, phone calls, and in-person office visits, maintenance is quick to respond and help with anything that might go wrong, and the staff overall values the property and wants it to be the best for every tenant. I’m adding to my review because of my move out experience. First the good…Belden is good place to live if you have to be in an apartment. The front office is responsive and maintenance take care of requests in a timely manner. The apartments are very spacious and grounds are well kept. My only complaint is tenants not complying with not smoking in units and the smell travels through the vents. The concrete on the stairs and breezeway need overhaul because of all the stains. 0 STARS!!!!! Me and my girlfriend had just applied here for a 1 bed 1 bath $1394 a month. Paid $500 in total between Rental Insurance (required) deposit and application fees. Nailanie Rivera wasted our time and scammed us! She said we need 3x the rent which would come out as $4182 we sent in $4558 income history to which she went off to say it’s 3.3x the rent not 3x so it would be $4600.2 .
