This place is where you need to be! It's a tad older than other communities close by, but I don't need a $500.00 nickel plated faucet in the kitchen, I just need water to flow from the tap. The staff here is head and shoulders above the higher end community, at my last residence. Allura in the leasing office, and Marcus, the chief maintenance engineer have been outstanding in my time here, as well as the Manager and the entire staff. One call and done, QUICKLY! I’ve been a resident here since 2018. The staff, both former and current, listens to your needs and does everything in their power and more to help you have a welcoming and livable experience. Everyone communicates effectively utilizing emails, letters, phone calls, and in-person office visits, maintenance is quick to respond and help with anything that might go wrong, and the staff overall values the property and wants it to be the best for every tenant. I’m adding to my review because of my move out experience. First the good…Belden is good place to live if you have to be in an apartment. The front office is responsive and maintenance take care of requests in a timely manner. The apartments are very spacious and grounds are well kept. My only complaint is tenants not complying with not smoking in units and the smell travels through the vents. The concrete on the stairs and breezeway need overhaul because of all the stains.
