RecommendedMy family and I have been residents of Belcrest since 2016. We love it here! Our property manager and leasing agents are always very helpful, even to those of us who aren't always 5 star tenants. This is a rather large community and I must say that for the most part, they do an amazing job at keeping the community well kept and answering to all of the many needs of the residents here. Little to no complaints from my end. Safe. Clean. Respectful leasing consultants. For the area that we are located, the rent COULD be pricier.... read more

OKish apartments with mice and cockroach infestation that never went away with slow staff and ridiculous policies/charges. It's not worth it.

So I live in a Belcrest Plaza apartment and my kitchen cabinet came off the wall completely this afternoon. When calling the second time (the first time I called was hour before that) to see when someone would come to assess and fix the damage, the receptionist said this is a standard problem. Is that a joke???? Someone could have been seriously injured had they been in the kitchen at the time. Thank you for your concern, Belcrest Plaza!
