I have used this centre a few times and the stoma nurse almost injured my stoma because she was forcing it in and a few times in a row, she didn't want to change the bag and only changed it because she had too.
Pleasantly surprised. I took my child here for vaccinations. There is plenty of parking nearby - most of which is in the basement. Everyone I spoke to - from reception to the nurses - were super kind and friendly. The nurses were so kind to my child while administering the vaccines. Overall a great experience and we will be back
Incompetent ! I didn't receive dental health treatments prior to my appointments for partial dentures, apart from teeth extracted using old dental x-ray. The dental prosthetist understandably could not continue with his work until a few dental problems are resolved. I am slowly getting the work done somewhere else, but it has set things back by many more months and added to more expense and discomfort. I will not go back to Belconnen Community health for any dental problems.
