Doing business at Belcastro willl not be your typical 'used car salesman' experience. I will always be glad that I chose to do business with Bob and Karen Belcastro. They were professional and amazing to work with. I drove quite a distance, and the deal we made on the phone was the same when I arrived. At the time I first drove the car, they/we all realized there was a day running light out. They offered to make it right, despite it ending up costing $2400 parts/labor to replace it. I went to test drive a car I was interested in, they let me drive it and everything was good. I wanted to see if I got approved for it , and they couldn’t tell me that day if I got approved or not and they told me they would call me on Monday since I went on a Saturday. I never got a call from them. They didn’t even give me the time of the day to let me know . A simple call would of been nice so I wouldn’t be waiting all day to hear back . Would not do business with them EVER !!!
