I had an amazing experience working with Maddy, the leasing manager at Arrive Belay in Ballard! From start to finish, she made the entire move-in process smooth, stress-free, and honestly way easier than I expected. So there’s a tenant who believes that practicing drumming starting normally around 11pm is a socially acceptable thing to do. Given the poor quality of the performance, they do need practice, but doing so during decent hours would be nice, say, stopping no later than 10. This was brought up to management but so far they have made no effort to manage this unacceptable situation.
I loved living at arrive Belay in seattle. One of the best places I lived. For two years it was my home. The location is amazing. The amenities were great and I made use of the gym almost daily . Anytime I had an issue with my place it was fixed the day of or if not the next day. If I had any issues I’d ask the property managers who were always so kind and helpful.
