I have been living here for more than a year and I absolutely love this place. Coleman and Sully are the best property manager I have ever had. I had couple issues in my apartment this year and all were solved within 24 hours. Also Ballard is probably the best place to live in Seattle, you can literally find everything you need within walking distance. Can't recommend this place enough!
I've been living at Arrive & Belay for over 6 months now and I like it a lot! Their management team is top notch - Sully and Coleman are always ready to help and work very hard, great people. The apartment has everything essential one would need for a comfortable living. I love their rooftop the most - amazing views in any weather, but especially on a sunny day.
