Arrivé Belay and NoBa are great places to live. The units are modern and well-designed, the amenities are consistently clean and well-maintained, and the rooftop area has an incredible view of Ballard. What has made my experience especially memorable, though, is Maddy, the property manager here. Moved in last year with my partner and we are loving the place! Neighbors are nice, no loud noises in the middle of the night, and great amenities that we actually use. Management has been amazing and we appreciate the events they host to get to know everyone better. Highly recommend moving in especially if you like how close you can be to public transportation, a local grocery store, and a quiet area!
We have moved in late last year and it has been a great experience from the start. We feel like we truly lucked out on finding a studio here when comparing to other places. Management when we first moved in was good, but the new management has been amazing! We love the monthly community postings in the elevator that include a cute picture of the “pet of the month”.
