This is a well located property in Boca with brand new interior renovations and wonderful ammeneties.
The noise in the halls at night is ridiculous. To get maintenance to show up for a request and actually fix the problem you have to constantly call and recall the office. One girl went so far as to tell me they don't check the application based requests until people start to call about their maintenance requests. The neighbors allow some dogs to poop inside the lobby and elevator without picking it up. The pot smoke every day is annoying. The neighborhood is quiet and gated. Staff are helpful. Appliances are handy. I enjoyed my stay with Bel Aire Towers and I plan to stay even longer.
