Do not waste your time. They are not open when they say they are. They do not answer the phone when you call during their business hours, they do not return calls when you leave a message. I have tried calling them many times per week for months I have visited 4 times in person and spoke to the office staff in person 3 of those times to get a referral to an authorized Medicare equipment provider for supplies starting in December. Still not done. The office in Renton affiliated with this Dr is the same experience.
I have been waiting since May to get my results for my sleep test. My dentist has also been waiting for the results. No response to my emails. No information on their bogus portal. No one answers the phone, and when I did get an opportunity to leave a message...their mail box was full at both locations. Stay away from this place and spend your money and time else where.
I had a good experience with a physician. But I had to wait a month for my results even though I was told that it should only take a week. And on top of that I'm still waiting for my medication and it's been another month. I've been calling the front desk and no one is answering. Their website is down. I'm not sure what's going on but it's getting very frustrating. I was also told after the appointment the documents about my diagnoses would be in the patient portal, however they aren't there. Update: They are scammers. Do not come here. They took my payment and never give me the products. They overcharge me and never refund the portion that my insurance cover. I have not been able to reach anyone there for months now. No response on email, doesn't answer phone calls and doesn't return voicemail. I will be contacting resmed directly.
I had my scheduled in lab study last night ...NO ONE WAS THERE!!!! no one answered a single time I called yesterday, no voicemail went answered and no email I sent read. I showed up at the building to wait around with another patient for about 30min before we both finally left, since they forgot about us, and no one answers a phone.
