1.) I wish they could explains to me about financial options and will this treat different on options? 2.) The Staff are friendly and I love children environment, Dr.Chris i admire him. He is nice and helpful make sure my kids have treatment well. 3.) I'm hope next appointment - they might bring ASL interpreter.
We love our dentist, BUT... I find it very disappointing that when I genuinely forgot my appointment they gave me a rude warning that it's my last chance to be admitted here. I didn't even remember I had missed an appointment 3years ago, and a late reschedule also counted towards that! How ridiculous!!!! I am very disappointed. I thought Dr. Offices in general cared for peoples business and were more forgiving about busy people forgetting one or two appointments in the past 3years.
