The Support of Dr. Robinnet & The support and consideration of her staff Bel Marin Hospital is a wonderful place. The ladies who work there are very helpful,patient and supportive. They even go out of their way to help their clients. For ex: I can't drive, so a lady who lives in Novato would drop my Whisker's medicine at my apartment on her way home which was very considerate. They helped me make one of the hardest decisions that I had to make. My cat had a lot of physical problems, so I just put her to sleep. I will have a ... read more
Very pleased with Dr. Robinett Dr.Robinett was recommended to me by another vet who does not treat birds. (Dr. R. used to be the vet for the New Orleans Zoo, so I guess she can treat anything.) I took my two parakeets to her and was very pleased with her gentle, thorough examination of them. She asked what I had been feeding them and suggested a better diet. Despite spending a fair amount of time with my little birds, I don't think she charged much at all -- only $20. I am going to start bringing my dogs there.
Overpriced and Charged for unneeded services I took my two dogs to Dr. Robinett and at first I thought the service was great and she seemed to take really good care of them. Then I saw the bill and it was very expensive. She also recommended other services that weren't going to be done on that day. I called later and politely asked the receptionist if those other services were really necessary or if we could pass on getting them done. She told me she would ask and get back to me.
