They truly care about your pets here. After one of my dogs died, I received a sympathy card from them along along with notification of a donation made to UC Davis veterinary in my dog's name. I was so touched. Beyond the caring, they are very competent and practical. They're not just looking to rack up charges with various scans, etc. I live in Sausalito but make the drive up to Novato because they are far better than the VCA chains.
Great staff, Dr.Sutton is very kind & gentle
Super friendly staff. Helped me with any questions I had. Took care of my fur baby while she wasn’t feeling too well. Will definitely come back with all my fur babies. Thank you for being so helpful and understanding!
