THE OWNER WAS VERY RUDE. THE ROAD INSIDE THE PARK IS UNEVEN AND COULD EASILY PUNCTURE YOUR TIRES. I LIVED THERE FOR A SHORT WHILE AND MY RENT WAS RAISED BY $100, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. WHEN I DECIDED TO SELL MY HOME, THE OWNER FORCED ME TO SELL IT TO HIM. HE WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO PUT UP A FOR SALE SIGN OR OFFER IT TO ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY. HE CORNERED ME INTO SELLING ONLY TO HIM.
