Manager leo zilbo is no good he trying to say we recked his trailer here are pictures of before and after ..we cleaned it painted it tried to fix the floors...then found out needed water heater and furnace...he refuses to fix anything and won’t give me 520.00 deposit back..do not trust this place they take advantage of people..
The previous Owners were scam artist and ran the trailer park into the ground and from what I hear and have seen of the park the new management has continued to run the park into the ground. The place looks un-kept. Grass is overgrown where there are empty trailers. I have overheard the management being rude with tenants. Many of the empty trailers that are there were the same trailers that were there when I lived in that park 10 years ago which tells me they are in extremely bad shape. Absolutely terrible. The water company they use charges more then the lot rent and quickly shuts off the service. The place is rundown and full of bed bugs
bad trailers, roof leaks, high light bills none under 500 dollars because of the poor wiring in them... landlord is a real winner charges fees not in lease agreement and puts paper work in your name without your signature the place is loaded with crime
