Les continues to provide us with courteous, professional, and conscientious service. He readily answered our questions about variable frequency sounds coming from our A/C compressor. He removed the access cover and gave us a tutorial on how our high-efficiency unit varies its operating power to accommodate the interior controller settings. Les didn’t hesitate to help us with a stubborn bathroom exhaust fan cover. Don, is always extremely professional and friendly, and does a great job. I still think the price for yearly service for equipment is to much. I pay $200 plus for a tech to do about 30 min worth of work, and,I am sure that I am charged for a full hour in labor.
