I contacted Bel-Aire Heating & Air for a furnace and air inspection and they were able to get me in quickly. I knew my furnace was older and wasn't operating very well and their tech was able to confirm what I suspected was happening with my furnace. They scheduled a comfort advisor to come out and give me some information on furnace and a/c replacement so I could plan that in proactively rather than waiting for it to stop working. Our air conditioning unit went out and we called Bel-Aire for help. It is a holiday week and we are hosting the 4th of July party at our house. I didn't want the stress of no A.C. or trying to get put off for a week because a service company was on vacation. Our Bel-Aire rep came out quickly when we explained the situation. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I signed a contract for several heating units and they did sloppy work. They could not get the boiler working that they installed. They wanted more money than the contract allowed. They are very difficult to get along with. They cut corners where ever they could. Things were installed wrong. They did not come when they said they would. I had to hire another company to fix all of their mistakes. Not only did they install chimneys crooked, their whole business ethic is crooked. DO NOT HIRE THEM! In 2010 my water heater stopped working and it was new. I called Michcon. They came out and found that heat was coming from my water heater and furnace, said nothing wrong with the water heater. Next I called Bel-Aire since they bought out Adex who installed my furnace, which was also fairly new and under warranty. They came out and went up on roof, looked down chimney and said they didn't see anything but felt the liner would all have to be replaced.
