Let me get this out of the way. Unless you're really, really desperate DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS. Management is the worst, the only way to reach the office is by calling them 100 times a day until they finally pick up, or by driving there 30 minutes. But, that's far from the worst part. These units are absolutely filthy, the carpet outside the apartments hasn't been cleaned or replaced in decades, so everytime you walk in there's this musty smell combined with dirt and even trash. Very noisy tenants living above me, parties start at 8:30 on a Sunday night They party all night long. Sounds like domestic abuse during the night. There is no carpeting. Which is required by law. Property managers don't do anything to resolve. Smoke detectors beep for days. Replaced the hall smoke detector myself with a ladder. . Have notified the property management 6 times. No response.
