I've been here for 1 year. I love it here. I'm handicapped, easy to get in and out of my apartment.Very quiet, everybody is nice. Kaylee is great property manager. Sweet, always ready help out. Anytime I needed maintenance Chris is right here the same day or the next day.
Literally the best property management company I’ve ever rented from. They were flexible, reasonable, accommodating, communicative and ACTUALLY came to fix stuff THE DAY AFTER submitting a request. Amazing. I am used to property management companies being evil and never coming to fix stuff or taking months to do so or just making changes without good communication or taking your whole deposit for no good reason.
