I lived in this Bell Air Manor apartment from 2013 to 2025, and during that time it was a true home for me and my family. It was 12 years of tranquility, security, and a good time together, so I feel very grateful to have found such a place. The building was always kept clean and well-maintained, and any details that arose were promptly addressed. A lady in a vehicle with a 9B(I/1)D221 plate, almost ran me over speeding out of the driveway. Not fun.
The best thing about the complex is Laura, the manager. I live in a near by complex and I can see how important and what a difference it is to have the right person in charge. On a typical day I see her overlooking vendors following the right procedures, dealing with homeless in the area and walking the complex (even when it’s pouring rain) just to name a few things. Lived here for a year, and I had the best experience! Manager was super welcoming, super polite and super kind! Anything that my family and I needed, they took care of right away. The best part about this, is the central AC unit. It’s not too common in OC. The place is super quiet, super clean and the parking garage is downstairs and gated. I love living here. I think my favorite part is that it’s quiet, peaceful and you can’t hear the loud cars out in the street. When I first came to check out the apartments, I was instantly welcomed and greeted by the manager, I believe her name is Laura. She walked my partner and I around the apartment complex - it was quiet and super tidy. I was amazed by how immaculate the place looked.
