I have lived here for a year. It’s a good spot! There are some large panels out by the dog park, I think they are sun-reflecting, it would be great if we could do something about that for curb appeal. I’m not sure their purpose otherwise, I appreciate the landscaping and most tenants take care of their homes and surroundings. Parking can be tricky given the limited amount of spaces, but if you plan for company you can definitely make it work. Lovely condos. Very neat layouts. Recently reinforced to be more sturdy. Close to downtown.
I was a bit surprised to see units for sale for 400-500K and not a single mention of the "construction issues" of the past or if they've been resolved ? After knowing of some people who basically found themselves trapped with a worthless condo, I sure hope they're disclosing the truth to the buyers, this time.
