The process was smooth. Their agent in Colorado was able to offer me packages with lower price options. The driver was great and methodical in his approach. The items were transported in good condition. The only points that were slightly not up to the mark were the following: the agent was not reachable for clarifications once he had got the order. Liberty Movers of Leicester MA, the Bekins agent that handled our move from Massachusetts to North Carolina were top-notch! From the estimate to the load in to the loadout communication was excellent price was reasonable and best of all the driver on his assistant friendly and very knowledgeable.
The Woodridge, Illinois Bekins company, Boerman Moving, did a fabulous job with our interstate move. Delicate china cabinets and glass were packed so well the couldn't _think_ of doing anything other than arrive in perfect shape. And the van had to drive through a blizzard to arrive at our new city, and unload the next day surrounded by piles of snow. Great professional people! And very reasonable.
A great experience, driver/foreman was very knowledgeable and experienced.
We had a very pleasant experience in our move. Starting with Chris who held out hand through the entire process, to the men who packed us up and moved us from Michigan. To Preston who led our move into our place in West Palm Beach. I would highly recommend this company.
