I have now been in a handful of times and felt I needed to write a review. First the staff and service is phenomenal. Friendly, courteous, helpful only begin to describe the service you receive. Always greeted with a smile and hello, offer suggestions of different foods to try and explain about the food, how it's made or how it is usually eaten. A place where you are treated like a regular and better than that family after your first visit. Long Live BB!
I really like the chicken shawarma sandwich. I called Tuesday at 5:45 to order sandwiches for dinner and was told that no grilled items can be ordered 15 minutes before closing. If this is in fact true, then this needs to be posted on the carry out menus and website because like me, I'm sure other people would assume that carry out orders are accepted until time of closing, 6pm. Thank you.
