Not good. During the first visits the staff and doctor are cordial and attentive. During treatment they changed into snippy and unhelpful.
Dr. Beim and his team are truly the best. They always go above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and happy. Mia will definitely miss them. Thank you so much, Dr. Beim and the wonderful team, for a great smile :) In the picture, the BEFORE (a year and eight months ago) and the AFTER (today!).

Everyone in the office is so helpful and friendly. You are seen at your appointment time. Never a wait! I have three teens all receiving new smiles. That’s great in itself but the awesomeness and caring from the team makes it even better.

Dr. Beim and his staff are amazing. Always make my daughter comfortable and let me tag along! The girls in the back made my daughter at ease, singing, joking around and just talking to her, making sure she was ok, etc. Will definitely recommend to everyone! �
