I did not have a good experience at the beginning because the front desk was not working with our insurance. THey are supposed to file a claim with them and we are supposed to get the Cigna PPO discount. The front desk refused to file with the insurance due to no maternity coverage. The way the insurance works is file the claim, we get a network discount and then we pay the remained. It would be good if y'all worked with the insurance.
Dr. Zhou was wonderful and patient with me concerning all my questions which is highly appreciated in an industry where many patients feel rushed during their appointments.
Dr's and medical staff/assistants were exceptionally nice and helpful and helped calm my nerves. Very helpful for my first exam and addressing any concerns.
Wonderful friendly service. The doctors and nurses are so kind and generous with their smiles, information, and assistance.
IT'S ALWAYS A PLEASURE COMING TO THIS OFFICE VERY WARM AND WELCOMING. FROM THE TIME I MEET DR.ZHOU HER POSITIVE ENERGY ALWAYS KEPT ME AND MY HUSBAND HOPEFUL.
Every time i come see Dr Zhou she makes me feel comfortable. She always greet me with a smile and a huge. I would refer anyone to her.

Dr. Zhou made me feel comfortable and she tried to reach out to me, i am satisfied with the care i received from all the staff I interacted with. They read the details i wrote in the patient history which was a good thing.
