I don't know. Maybe I have been spoiled by my former Doctor, maybe not. Dr Pappas may be a very good Doctor, but for me not so much. I have come to expect a certain level of service that Dr. Pappas doesn't deliver (for me). When I told him my feet have been hurting for months, I expected him to at the very least look at them. His course if treatment was, walk it off. As it turns out, after going to a podiatrist I have a pretty bad case of arthritis in both feet. I had a great experience with Dr. Oelrich she time with me and my health concerns. Her staff was exceptional with Customer Service and my wait time for a visit was minimal! Very professional and attentive!

When I arrived for my first appointment, at Northwest Florida Urology, everyone I came into contact with was very cheerful and professional. My uneasiness quickly dissipated. My wait time was minimal. Dr. Oelrich took the time to completely review my symptoms and, after a procedure was completed, provided me with the various cutting-edge options necessary to remedy my problem(s). I highly recommend NWFU and Dr. Oelrich to all.

Terrible doctor, does not follow the standard of care at all. She did emergency surgery on my daughter through the er putting a stent in then refused to see her for her follow up office visit to remove the stent because my daughters insurance, and her office told us they would not schedule her an appointment if we couldn't pay atleast $500 at the visit. Being said something that was supposed to be removed after 5 days was left in my daughter for over a month while we searched for another dr to clean up her mess. Will be fili... read more

Dr. Oelrich has been very knowledgeable and caring in my treatment. Her staff is very efficient in communicating in reminders of appointments and timely in submitting prescriptions and are always pleasant and courteous.

Dr. Oelrich reviewed my history and current symptoms in detail on my first visit. On my second visit she reviewed my blood work results and suggested a scope procedure which she performed with great skill and quickly. My wife and I were able to see the inside of my prostate and bladder as she explained how their condition contributed to the symptoms I was experiencing. Very patient and thorough!

I am a female in my mid 60's. Dr Oelrich explained to me how to reduce the frantic urge to urinate. I followed her advice on allowing my bladder to fill so that I now have good, complete elimination with no problems. Looking forward to my next traveling adventure with confidence and relaxation! The entire staff are professional and courteous. I Highly recommend Dr. Oelrich.

Office is efficiently run, friendly and waits are minimal. I saw Dr. Oelrich for the first time and was in and out in 30 minutes. She was helpful and reassuring. An ultrasound for urine retention was performed and only took seconds.

I find Dr Olerich very knowledgeable. She cleared up a UTI that 2 other doctors could not and then found extremely large stones in my kidney. One as big as a baby’s fist and scheduled surgery to remove them. There is never a long wait to see her and is very prepared when she walks in the examining room.
