With this pandemic..the office was very clean! Great staff working for me !! Doctor was very self explanatory..Answered all of my questions and eased me of my fears....
First Dr. that believed me when I said something was not right! Even the Dr.'s that I told in TX told me it was all in my mind. My bladder issue is not in my mind people. I am just trying to let you know she takes the time to listen to your concerns and I defiantly appreciate that! So ty! Just be patient sometime medication takes a second to shock your system and start to take affect. I almost gave up but waited and it worked!
I have lived many places and Dr. Pappas and his staff at Magnolia are simply the best I've seen. Both he and the staff care, are efficient, wise, dedicated, take their jobs seriously, and are simply fabulous at what they do. Very blessed to have been under their care. I have had to move away and it is so hard to find a physician and staff like this! Whenever I need to reach back for records they continue to treat me with the utmost care and respect. I wish I could take them with me where ever I go!
I am a first time patient who came for a second opinion and happy that I did. Dr. Oelrich determined that the last two sonograms I had taken did not even address the area of concern and my previous urologist never realized that. She is pleasant and competent. I will report more after future visits.
From my very first visit after my PSA elevated, I was greeted with a friendly Receptionist and Doctor. All my options were explained very well and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. All my treatments including surgery have been very good. All my follow up visits have been uplifting and caring. I have and will in the future recommend Dr. Oelrich and her staff to anyone in need of her speciality.
Dr Zachos is amazing. I went into the emergency room with a kidney stone too large to pass. He is totally Awesome. 10 stars
