Bob does good work and cares about his customers. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. I used him and have recommended him to a friend, who was also happy with his work and price.
Got the plumbing work from Bob and the new high energy efficiency furnace work from him as well. We just got inspection today and the inspector praise his works very well, with reasonable price :-) He always respond to my call/txt very promptly. Very reasonable price compares to big/other companies that I quote for this job. I highly recommended his work to everyone. Seeing him as money savers and get the quality job done. Bob is very unprofessional he gave me the sense of impending doom once he seen my issues, he screamed Oh My God which instantly sent me into panic. and I was so worried I had him start ASAP which, He said he would arrive on the following day (first AM) at 9 am which he didn't arrive till well after Ten with out any call of notice for late arrival. Once Bob did arrive he walked in my house with a cigarette hang out of his mouth while yell at me with the reason he is late. work quality was fine but not worth the hassle of deal... read more
I can't recommend Bob and his team at BEI highly enough. My gas boiler wouldn't start, and it being winter in New England, it was a bad situation that I needed fixed quickly. From my first call with him requesting service, Bob was offering helpful troubleshooting advice. It turned out to be a couple of issues that happened at once, but he quickly identified the problems and worked very hard to keep costs down for both parts and labor while still getting the job done right. We constructed a brand new veterinary clinic in the Town of Leicester, Ma and contracted with BEI Plumbing for our plumbing, heat and airconditioning. The work was a top quality job with a quality system to the point where the plumbing inspector commented how good a job he did and didn't cut any corners, The heating system is so efficient that it costs alot less for heat and hot water in the building then my own house.
