Cold-called to harass me about using their services. When I explained that they were violating both state and federal law by calling me (as my number is on the Do No Call list), the caller asked if I wanted my number removed from their list. The caller was extremely rude and I eventually hung up on him. I would not trust a company whose employees behave in such a manner.
I have worked with Steve Wichterman for several years now and have had excellent service. I would highly recommend using BEI and all their services.
I would not recommend working with this company. We had a half day project at our home. Initially, we were told a crew would come within the next two weeks- but at very least by the month’s end. They would not specify a day but guaranteed the work would be done in a month. The representatives I've worked with have been great about detailing what to expect on the front end as well as explaining any unforeseen problems during a project.
