Really disappointing and unfortunate situation. I scheduled a video session with Dr. Bernous. While I was waiting for our session, I received a call from my mom saying that my dad was dying in the hospital. I had to make a split second decision whether to stay home and video chat on my computer, or drive over to the hospital and video chat with Dr. Bernous on my cell phone, then rush to my father's bedside . I want to thank Dr Bernous for not only being very professional, skilled and knowledgeable, but also being incredibly friendly and caring. I had reached out to several facilities and professionals hoping to find help in a time of need, and I felt so dismissed until Dr Bernous took me in and actually listened to me. My only sorrow is that my insurance changed to one not accepted, but his help so far has been touching.
I have been seeing Dr. Bernous for several years and I have found him to be the best there is. He is very caring, friendly and most importantly, he has helped me when others were unable to. He has helped me learn about my inner self and helped me grow to be a better person.
Very caring, patient and knowledgeable! He knows how to mentally approach his patient. It’s so easy to communicate with him, since he doesn’t show any complexity in his gestures and words. He doesn’t start with medication, but he’ll encourge meditation! He is very well behaved in a way that even though rough rigid personalities, soften up and share their problems. I definitely recommend him!
Dr. Bernous is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever met. He is extremely professional, skilled and the most kind human being I have ever met. He has changed the way I look at life and helped me find my way back to the person I used to be. I am forever grateful to him.

I am 37 years old and I've been in different doctors in my whole life. Dr. Ben Bernous is an angel on our planet. He is not a regular doctor. the way he cares you don't see it. none ! I really feel lucky and blessed to found such an amazing lovely caring professional doctor. if there is 3 doctors in the world that they stayed on their promise at the graduation time, Dr. Bernous is the first one.
