Beshad was great and the staff.very friendly and caring
I don’t recommend Dr. Ramona Beshad’s office if you need to be seen within a reasonable time. My dermatologist referred me to her for MOHS but after two weeks of trying to get someone to return my call just to set up an appointment I finally gave up.
If you need to be seen in a timely basis, make sure your dermatologist recommends another surgeon than Dr. Bahshad. Trying to get someone to call you back to set up an appointment shouldn’t take over 10 days. Finally gave up and luckily was able to get my melanoma removed just a few days after my initial call.
I’ve had two procedures performed by Dr. Behshad and she’s one of the most personable doctors I’ve ever worked with. Great personality, efficient, and does excellent work. Her staff are always friendly and very helpful and put you at ease. I was in a room and having procedure started within 10 minutes after arriving yesterday. Thank you to nurses Dawn & Connie for making me feel comfortable while waiting for results and explaining treatment after surgery. The only place I’d ever consider going for MOHS surgery.
Dr. Behshad is absolutely the best, knowledgeable, experienced, sensitive, personable! The office system to get in to see her/follow up/get post-op appointments is the worst I have ever experienced; and now I am 2 weeks later than I should be for a melanoma follow-up.
