Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The security guard, intake receptionist, valet officer were helpful and courteous which at 6:30-7 am impressed me so much. First impressions didn’t stop there. Nurse Penny and Dr Behshad are amazing professionals and made the unpleasant procedure as painless and easy as possible. The Dr that assisted was equally pleasant and efficient doing the procedure. Definitely will recommend this facility and Dr Behshad.
There are not enough glowing words to say about Dr. Behshad. I am 70 years old and have NEVER been to a doctor so kind, compassionate and caring. Her manner is so comforting- I was 100% at ease with a melanoma- no easy task on her part. Her medical skill is awesome. No pain, great incision, clear instructions post surgical and easy. I am sorry if you have need her and so happy you found her. One in a million. Her kindness and compassion is matched by her staff as well. Beshad was great and the staff.very friendly and caring
I don’t recommend Dr. Ramona Beshad’s office if you need to be seen within a reasonable time. My dermatologist referred me to her for MOHS but after two weeks of trying to get someone to return my call just to set up an appointment I finally gave up.
