Customer service is better than anticipated. I called about their 10 year warranty. About 5 years ago my wife painted our deck. It started to look bad. I was heading to get a gallon of waterproofing stain and sealer. For whatever reason my wife had kept the empty gallon in our garage. I started reading and it said there was a 10 year warranty.
