I went to Dr's office and was set for an epidural injection at a surgical center. Thereafter, I consulted with 2 orthos (shoulder and cervical) about sever pain my my shoulder blade muscles, where both surgeons said this specific pain comes from my neck. Dr Z does a standard injection site at C6/7. My surgeons said I needed an epidural at C5/6, to cover all the cervical nerves. I cancelled the epidural and made a telephonic appointment with Dr Z. Very rude and uncaring front office. After my MRI and leaving desperate messages to get my results and ask what the next step would be as I was in pain- he never bothered to return my call not let me know the results of MRI I just went to another doctor.. would never recommend this offi d to my worst enemy
Dr Zarrini is my doctor for the past couple of years he helped me a lot for My pain due to an accident I had and ended up in the hospital. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. The staff are very pleasant and helpful specially Alex . I always looking forward to my appointments.
Great doctor with a great staff. would recommend to anyone who has chronic or acute pain.
Dr. Zarini and his assistant were very rude. Dr. Zarini did not believe that I was in pain from my currently torn shoulder and treated me as if I was just seeking medication. I would NEVER recommend him even to my worst enemy. Nobody should EVER be treated like I was today.
